Delivery-Return-Warranty

We are very enthusiast to get an order and don’t waste a single moment to prepare the order for dispatch. Our prompt turnaround time has been appreciated by thousands and always look for ways to further improve our delivery service.

Delivery Time And Cost

We aim to dispatch all orders as soon as possible. Any order placed before 1 pm on weekdays is guaranteed to be dispatched the same day. Any orders placed during bank holidays and weekends are dispatched on next working day.

STANDARD UK DELIVERY time is between 2-3 working days. Delivery Charge is £1.00 for any number of items and orders below £15.00.

EXPRESS UK DELIVERY time is between 1-2 days. In most cases items are delivered within 24 hours of dispatch. Delivery Charge is £3.50 for any number of items,

FREE UK DELIVERY time is between 2-3 days . For orders above £15.00 the delivery is FREE for any number of items.

Since we rely on 3rd party transport companies like Royalmail, Hermes and UPS the above delivery time may vary in a very rare case. If this happens and the delay is not due to us we will take no responsibilities.

Transports: We use Royal Mail, Hermes and UPS as our transport partner to deliver our products both in UK and Abroad.

Returns

All purchase comes with 28 days return policy provided the item is not used and original packaging is intact. After getting the item if you decide that the item is not right just return it. The buyer pays for the return postage.

For Hardware, if the item is faulty we will pay for the return postage by emailing the prepaid postage stamp to return the item. Our specialized team will inspect all items and if the fault is due to misuse of the item or no fault found, the buyers will be required to pay the item postage charge to get it back and also the postage initially paid by Rossat Vape. If you think the item is faulty it is advisable to contact us before sending the item.

For multi-buy of E-Liquid, if the buyer does not like it, the buyer can return the other bottles which are un-opened and un-used and we will refund for the un-opened and un-used bottles of E-Liquid. The buyer pays for the return of the e-liquid bottles.  

Warranty

There is no warranty on Batteries, Coils and E-Liquid unless the item is defective. For all Vape kits, mods and tanks we provide the manufacturer standard warranty which varies depending on the brand. The warranty period may rage between 3 months to 12 months. The warranty covers manufacturing defects and will be void due to damaged caused by the user.
